Cables for telephone GERDA-TPPep, GERDA-TPPep3, GERDA-TPPepB6Shp, GERDA-TPPep3B6Shp
manufactured acc. to ТУ 27.32.13-040-76960731-2016
Telephone cables with insulation and sheath made of polymeric materials are intended for use in local primary communication networks with a rated voltage of remote power up to 225 and 145 V AC, 50 Hz or voltage up to 315 and 200 V DC.
The cables are designed for installation in telephone duct, in collectors, if there is a risk of rodents damage , at mines, in grounds of all categories (except subject to low temperature deformations), on the walls of buildings and on air links suspension.
The nominal diameter of conductors, including signalling ones — 0.32 mm; 0.4 mm; 0.5 mm; 0.64 mm; 0.7 mm.
All pairs (triples) in each bundle have got their own individual colouring. The cable core is made of the main bundles ( for the cables with the number of pairs over 100) or of the elementary 5- or
The cables are manufactured in a dry performance with water-swelling tapes or with a hydrophobic filling.
The cables with "P" labelled material are made of polyethylene.
The cables with "B" labelled material are made of PVC compound, " with the index "ng" — made of low flammability PVC compositions, with the index "нг(A)-LS" — low flammability and lowsmoke emission, , with the index "нг(A)-HF" — from halogen-free polymer compositions.. The cable insulation with the index "Ps" is made of cross-linked polyolefin. The cables insulation with the index "T" is made of thermoplastic elastomer, so the cables have got enhanced flexibility and an extended operating temperature range.
The advantages of the cable
- Conductors with a diameter of 0.32 mm; 0.4 mm; 0.5 mm; 0.64 mm; 0.7 mm.
- Cables may have got an armour made of:
- galvanized steel tapes;
- steel wires.
- Wide operating temperature range varying from -60°C to +200°C
- Minimal cable installation temperature:
- -30°C for "ХЛ" cables, made of materials "B"
- -15°C for cables without hydrophobic filling
- -10°C to other cables
- Climatic performance UHL, TS, T of cabling category 1, 2, 4 (GOST 15150)
- Cables of "УФ" performance are resistant to solar radiation
- Water swelling tape or hydrophobic filling is the protection against the spread of water under the cable sheath
- Warranty period of cables exploitation is 3 years
- The cable service life is not less than 20 years from the date of manufacture.
