Cables for telephone ТППэп (ТППэпЗ, ТППэпБбШп, ТППэпЗБбШп)
manufactured acc. to GOST 31943-2012
Telephone cables with polyethylene insulation in plastic sheath are designed for use in local primary communication networks with a rated voltage of remote power up to 225 and 145B AC, 50 Hz or voltages up to 315 and 200 V DC. The cables are designed for installation in telephone ducts, collectors, mines, in the grounds of all categories (except subject to low temperature deformations), on the walls of buildings and on air links suspension.
The nominal diameter of conductors, including signalling ones — 0.32 mm; 0.4 mm; 0.5 mm; 0.64 mm; 0.7 mm.
All pairs in each bundle has got its individual colouring. TPPep cable core is made of the main bundles (for the cables with the number of pairs over 100) or of the elementary 5 or
Nominal number of pairs in a cable as a function of the nominal conductor diameter are shown in Table 1.
Application area and design features of the cables are shown in Table 3.
Fire safety index and operating temperature depending on the sheath material are shownin Table 2.
The advantages of the cable
- Conductors with a diameter of 0.32 mm; 0.4 mm; 0.5 mm; 0.64 mm; 0.7 mm.
- The cables can have an armour according to GOST 7006 made of galvanized steel tapes "БбШп"
- Wide operating temperature range varying from −60° to +70°С
- (in Table 5)
- Minimal cable installation temperature:
- -30° for "ХЛ" cables made of materials "В"
- -15° for cables without hydrophobic aggregate
- -10° to other cables
- Climatic performance УХЛ, ТС, Т. Cabling category (ГОСТ 15150): 1,2 — for climatic performance cables УХЛ, ТС
- Cable use is allowed in all climatic macroregions, including the tropics
- Cables of "УФ" performance are resistant to solar radiation
- Cables with hydrophobic filling: ТППэпЗ, ТППэпЗБбШп
- Warranty period of cables exploitation is 3 years
- The cable service life is not less than 20 years from the date of manufacture
